Description: The Battle Creek self Employment Program is a 10 week structured entrepreneur training program utilizing the First Step FastTrac training syllabus developed by the Kauffman Foundation. The program helps the aspiring entrepreneur to develop a business concept through focused research and learning that explores the possibility for business success that will lead to launching of the contemplated business idea. To date the BSEP has trained 139 graduates that have created 86 business plans and empowered entrepreneurs to launch and or improved 40 business ventures.
